1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sixs platform and all services under it. sixs is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers casino games, live dealer games and sports betting to users in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Process
To create an account on sixs, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details are required at registration:

- Active mobile number
- Valid email address
- Date of birth
- Strong password
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account on sixs. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a person is found to have more than one account, sixs reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure transactions and protect accounts, sixs may request identity verification at any time. This process may require a National ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
All gaming and betting services on sixs are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.
By registering, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older and are using the service voluntarily. sixs may request documents to verify age at any time. If age cannot be proven, the account will be closed immediately.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on sixs can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method on the account. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are all available for withdrawals.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
- Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
- Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before bonus wagering requirements are met.
- In cases of suspicious transactions, sixs may hold withdrawals until an investigation is complete.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — so for a ৳1,500 bonus the total wagering required is ৳15,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies once per person, household or device.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- sixs reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.
5.3 Other Promotions
sixs offers various promotions including weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket special offers and birthday gifts. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed in detail on the offer page. These general terms apply to all promotions.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the sixs platform are run fairly and transparently. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes. No player or third party can influence the result of a game.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or betting market. These limits are shown on the relevant game or event page. sixs reserves the right to change betting limits in special circumstances.
6.3 Technical Issues
If an internet connection drops or a technical fault occurs during a game, sixs will attempt to provide the best resolution for that situation. However, sixs is not responsible for issues caused by the user's device or internet connection. Server records will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixs platform:
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
- Making transactions using third-party funds.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Taking dishonest advantage of any technical fault on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Impersonating sixs staff or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
If evidence of any such activity is found, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 sixs Rights
sixs may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of the terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
9.2 User Rights
You may close your own account at any time. Before closing the account, withdraw any valid balance subject to wagering requirements being met. Submit your account closure request to the sixs support team.
10. Limitation of Liability
sixs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances. The platform is operated on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of financial gain from gaming or betting is made.
sixs is not responsible for errors or disruptions caused by third-party service providers such as payment gateways or game developers. sixs will not be liable for service disruptions resulting from natural disasters, cyber attacks or government directives.
